How It Works
A better career document starts with understanding the person behind it.
No templates, no questionnaire-to-document pipeline. We work out what your experience actually argues, then build the documents to argue it.

The Process
Five stages, start to finish.
- 01
Discover
We learn about your experience, goals, target positions and professional direction.
You share your current documents and the roles you are aiming at. We look for the evidence that is already there and the evidence that is missing — scope, numbers, outcomes and context that never made it onto the page.
- 02
Position
We identify the strongest story and value proposition within your experience.
Before anything is written, we decide what the document is arguing. That decision drives what leads, what supports, what gets compressed and what comes out entirely.
- 03
Build
Your documents are rewritten and structured around that positioning.
We write in achievement-first language and structure the document so a reader reaches your strongest material in the first scan, with formatting that parses cleanly through applicant tracking systems.
- 04
Refine
We review the final documents for clarity, consistency and professional presentation.
Language, tense, formatting and hierarchy are checked line by line — and where you have commissioned more than one document, they are checked against each other so your resume, letter and profile agree.
- 05
Launch
You receive polished documents ready for your next career move.
Files are delivered in editable MS Word and PDF formats, so you can maintain and tailor them yourself as your search progresses.
Principles
What we hold to, on every engagement.
- 01
Positioning before writing
We decide what the document is arguing before a word is written. Everything else — what leads, what is compressed, what is cut — follows from that decision.
- 02
Evidence over adjectives
Scope, scale and outcome carry weight. "Results-driven" does not. Where the numbers exist we surface them; where they do not, we find the concrete detail that does the same work.
- 03
Written for two readers
A tracking system parses the file; a person decides. The document has to satisfy both, which means clean structure rather than decorative formatting.
- 04
Documents checked against each other
When you commission more than one, we reconcile titles, dates and emphasis across all of them. Inconsistency between your resume and profile undermines both.
Expectations
What we ask, and what we don't promise.
What we need from you
Your current resume or LinkedIn profile if you have one, the roles or job descriptions you are targeting, and any achievements or context that were never written down. If you are starting from nothing, we work from a structured intake conversation instead.
Timing
Turnaround depends on the service and the complexity of your background. We confirm a specific timeline with you at intake, before work begins — we would rather commit to a date we can hold than quote an average.
What we do not guarantee
We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, salary outcomes or recruiter responses, and we would be cautious of any career service that does. Hiring decisions belong to employers and depend on market conditions, timing, internal candidates and fit.
What we are accountable for is the quality of the work: a clearer, better-evidenced, better-structured presentation of your experience.
The Ecosystem
Your career brand should tell the same story everywhere.
A recruiter who reads your resume will look at your LinkedIn. A board that receives your bio may already have your cover letter. When those documents disagree — different titles, different emphasis, different levels of care — each one weakens the others.
We treat your documents as one system built on a single professional narrative, then express that narrative correctly in each format. The resume argues evidence. The letter argues fit. The profile works while you are not applying. The biography represents you where no application exists.
Questions
Straight answers, before you commit.
If something here isn't covered, ask us directly — we'd rather set expectations properly up front.

Every service page lists its exact deliverables. Broadly: resume services include a rewritten, restructured document in editable MS Word and PDF formats; LinkedIn optimization covers your headline, About section, keywords and experience entries; letter services deliver a finished, role-specific document. The executive packages combine several of these into one coordinated set.
Five stages: Discover, Position, Build, Refine and Launch. We start by understanding your experience and target roles, agree the positioning before anything is written, build the documents around that positioning, review them for clarity and consistency, then deliver editable final files.
Turnaround depends on the service and the complexity of your background — an executive portfolio involves considerably more work than a resume cleanup. We confirm a specific timeline with you at intake, before work begins, so you know exactly what to expect.
Yes. Executive work is a core part of what we do. The Leadership Resume Blueprint, Executive Pack Toolkit, Executive Edge Suite and C-Suite Legacy Portfolio are built specifically for senior leaders, up to and including CEOs, CFOs, COOs and board candidates.
Yes, and it is often the right choice. Resume Revamp — Basic keeps your content and rebuilds the structure, formatting and language. Resume Revamp — Advanced goes further, rewriting the content itself around measurable achievements.
Yes. Share the target role or job description and we will position the document against it — the vocabulary, the emphasis and the order in which your evidence appears. Cover letters are always written against a specific role.
Yes. LinkedIn Profile Optimization covers your headline, About section, keyword placement and experience entries. It is most effective ordered alongside a resume service, so both tell the same story.
Yes, both as a standalone service and as part of the Executive Pack Toolkit, Executive Edge Suite and C-Suite Legacy Portfolio. Cover letters are written for a specific role rather than as a reusable template.
Yes. Many clients combine a resume with LinkedIn optimization and a cover letter. When documents are produced together we check them against each other so your titles, dates and positioning are consistent. Tell us what you need on the Get Started form and we will confirm the right combination.
Your current resume or LinkedIn profile if you have one, the roles or job descriptions you are targeting, and any achievements, metrics or context that are not already documented. If you are starting from nothing, that is fine — we work from a structured intake conversation instead.
Digitally, in editable MS Word and PDF formats, so you can update and tailor them yourself afterwards. Nothing is shipped physically — all services are delivered electronically.
No. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, salary outcomes, recruiter responses or applicant tracking system results, and we would be cautious of any career service that does. Hiring decisions are made by employers and depend on factors outside any document — market conditions, timing, internal candidates and fit. What we provide is professional document development and positioning: a clearer, better-evidenced, better-structured presentation of your experience.
