These terms apply to the services provided by My Career Builders LLC and to your use of this website. By commissioning a service you agree to them.

My Career Builders LLC is registered at 1500 N Grant St, Ste R, Denver, CO 80203, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. We provide professional document development and career positioning services — résumé writing and revision, executive résumés, LinkedIn profile optimisation, cover letters, recommendation letters and professional biographies.

Each service page sets out its deliverables. The scope of your engagement is the scope confirmed with you in writing before work begins.

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, salary outcomes, recruiter responses, or any particular result from an applicant tracking system.

Hiring decisions are made by employers and depend on factors entirely outside our control and outside any document — market conditions, timing, internal candidates, budget, and fit. Any statement on this site describing how documents are built is a description of our method, not a promise of outcome.

What we are responsible for is delivering the agreed work to a professional standard, within the scope and timeline confirmed with you.

• Accurate information about your experience, employment history, education and achievements.
• Timely responses during the engagement, so we can meet the agreed timeline.
• Confirmation that you have the right to share any material you send us.

We write documents based on what you tell us. We do not verify employment history, qualifications or claims, and we are not responsible for misrepresentation arising from inaccurate information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing your finished documents for factual accuracy before using them.

All services are delivered digitally, in editable MS Word and PDF formats. Nothing is shipped physically, and no shipping charges apply.

Timelines depend on the service and the complexity of your background, and are confirmed with you at intake before work begins. [TO CONFIRM] Standard turnaround windows per service tier.

Because these are bespoke digital services created specifically for you, work that has already been carried out cannot be returned. [TO CONFIRM] Refund and cancellation terms, including whether a refund is available before drafting begins and any partial-refund position once work has started.

On full payment, the finished documents we create for you are yours. You may use, edit and distribute them freely in your own career.

We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, frameworks and formatting systems. Nothing in an engagement transfers those.

The content, design and code of this website remain the property of My Career Builders LLC.

We treat your engagement as confidential. We do not publish your documents, use them as samples, or identify you as a client without your written permission. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
